Come celebrate the 150th birthdays of Sibelius and Nielsen, the most prominent composers of their respective countries Finland and Denmark. Music by Sibelius and Nielsen will be paired with a special culinary art reception by the two Culinary Artists-in-Residence Carl Frederiksen of Denmark and Sami Tallberg of Finland. Join us as we conclude our weekend residency at Canoe Studios and enjoy some of the most spectacular views of downtown and Manhattan sunsets.
